I just made the rounds on the blog-o-rama. Everybody looks like they're doing fine, but I kind of miss the legal and philosophical musings of my downstairs coworker. With the Supreme Court acting like it's on crack, this would be a great time for some commentary.
Anyhow, I'm off to fetch Oldest Son for the 4th of July weekend. I'm going by myself -- he loves having one-on-one time with me, and me picking him up alone is a great way for him to have that. We'll go to Target and McDonald's, like we do on local visits up there, then I'll surprise him by turning south instead of north.

It's not the same as a blog by someone you know, but if you are interested in reading musings on the recent Supreme Court decisions, you might want to check out The Volokh Conspiracy, a blog by a Law Prof (Eugene Volokh) at UCLA. Here's his bio. An interesting site; I read it a couple of times a week.
If you'd use your newly assigned powers to grant me work credit to blog, I'd pay more attention to that neglected web-spot.
As it is, I have justice to administer, one swift smack at a time!
Ann -- Craig and I both read Volokh. I've met the man IRL. He's actually quite entertaining.
Craig -- I feel for you, man. I'd like to be powerful enough to be able to abuse my power. Now that's something to aspire to.
