Well, this certainly sucks out loud. Fortunately, I reserved a room in Memphis just in case we feel compelled to evacuate. Maybe we'll go to Graceland or something.
We'll be at the Hilton in East Memphis. I really don't want to go there either. We're playing it very conservatively, and I don't want to be anywhere near contraflow, so our reservation is Saturday-Thursday. My hope is that we'll be out of there as soon as the storm hits somewhere else.
Where in Memphis are you going? We are going to the Holiday Inn Express in Mid-City/Medical Center (or whatever). Sounds like downtown.
