I've experienced a sleep disorder in the past couple of months that has required a prescription for Ambien. It helps me stay asleep, for sure, but it also causes me to snore like a buzz-saw. I don't snore all that much by nature, but the medication seems to have slowed my breathing stimulation to the point where I saw logs really, really loud. Last night--no Ambien, no snoring.
